We got scammed by them do not trust them. They collected $2000.00 and did nothing. Wont return phone calls or emails. I have reported them to the BBB and to the Attorney Generals Office.

Dan Green/Clark (he uses two names) his company Home Care Alliance Group, along with the other name I know of, that he is using (Home Protection Firm) must be a fraud. This year I paid them $2,500 and they told me they would work directly with Bank of America, no need for me to call them, send any notices I get to them, and they would take care of them. When I questioned them that BOA said they had not been talking to them, Dan Clark/Green (949-734-4780 ext.1005)said that they work "behind the scenes" and the banks retention dept. would have no knowledge of them. Since I have started investigating them, since I got my foreclosure notice(scheduled for Sept. 23, 2011), I've found out they have several names, several locations in Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Fullerton, Los Angeles, and who knows where else in California or otherwise, and how many people they have caused to lose their home. They took advantage of a woman (myself) who lost her 26 yr. old daughter in Sept. of last year, leaving my life, and finances in their very incapable hands. Please feel free to contact me direct (susan at stisbert@yahoo.com) I hope I can save someone else from the fate which I certainly had something to do with, but one that may have turned out differently without HOME CARE ALLIANCE GROUP(4533 MacArthur Blvd. Ste. 329, Newport Beach, CA 92660) OR HOME PROTECTION FIRM (330 So. Hope St, Los Angeles, CA 90071 800-547-6533), WHATEVER THEIR NAME might be right now. All I've asked for is my money back, and noone will return my calls/messages. other names involved: Stephanie Smith of Fullerton 714-515-5647, Dennis Scott (processor)949-734-4780, Calvin (who a friend is dealing with right now and not having any luck 949-484-4339) I just read a similar story from a lady in Bedford...same name, same company, same scam
